On 16th Oct., China Construction Industry Alliance of International Production Capacity Cooperation Founding Congress and the Second Session of the "Belt and Road" Initiative Experience Exchange Congress for Overseas Projects hosted by China Construction Industry Association was held in Xi’an successfully. More than 400 people from National Development and Reform Commission International Cooperation Center, Agency for International Economic Cooperation of MOFCOM, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Shaanxi Construction Department, China Construction Industry Association, leaders of various provinces’ and cities’ construction associations and related construction enterprises, industry colleagues, experts and scholars attended the meeting. Mr. Zhao Shiyun, Chairman, Mr. Xu Keshun, Deputy G.M.of ACEG and Mr. Chen Xiuxiang, G.M. of ACEG Overseas also attended the events.
Ms. Wu Huijuan, former Director of Construction Market Supervision Department of MOHURD, made an analysis speech Promotion Suggestions on the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.And relevant enterprises have exchanged experiences on the construction of overseas projects in the meetings.
Mr. Zhao Shiyun joined with the association leaders and some of the sponsoring organizations participated in the launching ceremony of the Alliance. Deputy G.M. Mr. Xu Keshun was elected as the Vice President of China Construction Industry Alliance of International Production Capacity Cooperation. For the past few years, ACEG has responded to the National "Belt and Road" initiative actively and attached great importance to the development of overseas markets, especially in the countries or cities along the line of "Belt and Road". To join the alliance, which is beneficial for ACEG to better understand the government''''''''s foreign investment and capacity cooperation policies in time and with the financial, legal and other service agencies to establish partnerships, to facilitate the implementation of "Going Global" strategy.
China Construction Industry Alliance of International Production Capacity Cooperation is jointly sponsored by China Construction Industry Association with related associations and some mega enterprises are sure to implement the national "Belt and Road" initiative and put into practice the State Council Guiding Suggestions on Promoting International Production Capacity and Equipment Manufacturing Cooperation. The establishment of the alliance will effectively promote the international production capacity cooperation of the construction industry, enhance the ability and level of enterprises to "Going Global" and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
