In order to further enhance the levels of standardized operation of listed companies and strengthen the consciousness of rule specifications for management personnel of all levels, ACEG held training courses on standardized operation of a listed company from 18 July to 19 July, 2019, more than 300 trainees including members of leadership team, heads of each department and the staff, members of leadership teams of the affiliated units, heads of financial investment and publicity departments and directors and so on, attended the training. Mr. Yuan Hongsheng, Vice President and Secretary General of Anhui Listed Companies Association, attended the training and delivered a speech.
Mr. Wang Houliang, Chairman of ACEG Joint-stock Company, stressed in the speech of mobilization for the opening of the training courses that managers of listed companies should always be in awe and stick to the bottom line of regulations and stay away from the “red line” of supervisions and do not step out of the line, consciously maintain the legal and honest environment of the capital market and ensure the standardized operation of listed companies.
Chairman Wang`s requirements are: first, strengthening study, carry out systematic learning of securities laws, regulations and regulatory rules, strengthen the awareness of rules and regulations, and strictly abide by the bottom line of their own behaviors; second, continue to perform our duties in accordance with the laws, fully understand the current situations of comprehensive and strict supervisions and constantly strengthen the sense of responsibility in performing our duties and the spirit of good faith and contract so as to establish a good public image of a listed company; third, ensure the standard operations, focus on strengthening the construction of internal control systems and strictly observe the risk levels, focus on the main businesses and strive to improve the overall values of the Company and add power to realize the Company`s vision of a first-class ACEG.
Securities regulators from Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau, senior research fellows at consultancy of the securities companies and accounting experts were invited for the training courses including“The basic requirements of listed companies” standard operation and analysis of typical cases of violation”; “Standardized operation of listed companies and high responsibilities of the directors”; “Economic and capital markets outlook for the second half of 2019”and “Financial fraud risk control and corporate administration”.
These courses are rich in contents, inclusive of analysis of the current macroeconomic situations and interpretations of the latest regulatory situations; not only the knowledge of compliance managements of listed companies, but also the risk and internal control, which have been warmly welcomed and widely praised by the trainees.
Through two days of comprehensive training, the trainees have learned the basic rules of the administration and information disclosure of listed companies; the latest regulatory requirements and the macroeconomic outlook, the necessity to deepen their awareness of standard rules and understanding of standard operation, which will be helpful to further improve the administration and standard operation levels of listed companies.
