According to the Notice on Releasing the Evaluation Results of State-sanctioned Technology Centers 2019 (Ref. GAOJI 2019 1170), issued by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) on its official website days ago, ACEG`s State-sanctioned Technology Center has been rated as "Good" with higher evaluation scores year by year, and that reflecting the continuous improvement of ACEG`s scientific and technological innovation capacities.
Since 2014, when ACEG’s Technology Center has been State-sanctioned, it has passed the reviews organized by NDRC every two years for three consecutive times. In recent years, ACEG has attached great importance to the works of science and technology and further strengthened the construction of science and technology management systems and innovation abilities and increased investments in science and technology and key projects of science and technology researches and developments and has been building its innovation systems with its administration as the main body and market oriented and a combination of production, technology and research, and ACEG has been given full play to its leading role in scientific and technological progress in the industry and a large number of scientific and technological achievements have been made, which has improved the independent innovation levels and core competitiveness of ACEG.
This was the third time for ACEG’s State-sanctioned Technology Center to conduct the review and the second time for ACEG preparing the review documents in accordance with the newly revised management measures and review guidelines of NDRC. On the basis of summarizing the experiences of the previous reviews, ACEG Technology Center has organized the writers and editors for the review to learn to understand“Measures for the administration of enterprise`s technology centers recognized by the state”and“Guidelines for accreditation and evaluation State-sanctioned technology centers (trial)”and completed the materials as required and revised them repeatedly and extracted the highlights of scientific and technological management and scientific researches and carried out the works in an orderly manner and submitted the materials in time.
