On the morning of November 28th, the opening ceremony of Anhui Construction Engineering Group North City Industrial Company Limited was held at Changfeng County, Hefei, Anhui Province. It marks a stride leap for ACEG on the development road of smart building industrialization.

Mr. Wang Houliang, Chairman of ACEG, announced the official opening of ACEG North City Industrial Company Limited; Mr. Wang Rongcun, Chief Engineer of Hefei Urban-rural Development Bureau, and Mr. Xu Kishun, General Manager of ACEG, made their speeches successively. More than 200 participants including other leaders and employees from ACEG Headquarters, local Changfeng County, ACEG Sanjian Co., Ltd. and some sibling units, witnessed the opening ceremony. Mr. Zuo Denghong, Chairman of ACEG Sanjian Company, presided over the exciting event.

ACEG North City Industrial Company is ACEG`s second industrial production base after ACEG Building Industrial Company located at Feidong County. It has been implemented with the help of the successful experiences of the first base and all the facilities have been built and installed in just 8 months. ACEG Sanjian Co., Ltd. was the contractor and completed it on EPC basis.

With a total investment of RMB 220 Million Yuan, ACEG North City Industrial Company has four PC integrated component production lines; a comprehensive production line; 1 tunnel segment production line; 1 steel bar processing line; 1 set of steam curing equipment; 1 two-floor steel platform; 1 large-scale freight yard and 1 sunken curing pool for tunnel segments; the national advanced whole-sealed concrete mixing plant and the testing laboratory are particularly noteworthy. ACEG North City Industrial Company is designed to have an annual output of 50,000 cubic meters of prefabricated components and 50,000 cubic meters of prefabricated tunnel segments.

In term of intelligentization building, efforts of optimization and innovation have been made for ACEG North City Industrial Company Limited in planning, processes, equipment selection and management and its digital intelligent management system has been comprehensively upgraded as a result. Moreover, modern warehousing technology and equipment have been adopted; dusts can be collected automatically during the production processes. The green environmental protection technology for the concrete mixing plant of ACEG North City Industrial Company Limited are adopted and the design of it has been done in accordance with the environmental protection standards of Xiongan New Area, that are some 5 years more advanced than an ordinary concrete mixing plant in current market and surely known as “Plant No. 1 in Anhui”.

In recent years, ACEG has adhered to pursue green development and followed the growing trend of coordinated development of industrialization of prefabricated building and intelligence. In 2014, ACEG Building Industrial Co., Ltd. was first established with an investment of RMB 250 Million Yuan. In 2017, it was awarded the title “the first national prefabricated construction industrial base” and also the national first prefabrication company that has passed the quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system certifications.
