Recently, the results of first batch of China Construction Engineering Luban Prize and National Quality Project Award for 2022-2023 have been announced. Four projects undertaken by ACEG has been awarded 2 Luban Prize and 2 National Quality Project Award.
The Physical Science Teaching and Research Building of University of Science and Technology of China undertaken by Anhui Sanjian Engineering Co.,Ltd and PPP project of Utility Tunnel Phase I in High-tech Zone, Hefei, Anhui, China undertaken by Anhui Road & Bridge Engineering Group Co.,Ltd won the Luban Prize awarded by China Construction Industry Association. Cross-Paihe Bridge at Jixian Road in Hefei, Anhui, China undertaken by Anhui Road & Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd and Hefei Langxi Road section IV and V undertaken by Anhui Highway & Port Engineering Co.,Ltd and Anhui Road & Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd won National Quality Project Award awarded by China Association of Construction Enterprise Management.
The Physical Science Teaching and Research Building of University of Science and Technology of China
With construction area of about 90497.2 square meters, as a comprehensive project including several national research centers and key laboratories with multiple functions of teaching, administration, academic exchange and conference, it provides important support for University of Science and Technology of China to develop pioneering technologies and cultivate high-end talents.
Hefei High-tech Zone Utility Tunnel Phase I
With total investment of RMB2.09 billion Yuan and length of 20.29 kilometers, it effectively serves industrial parks and residential areas covering 20 square kilometers by saving land, prolonging service life of pipelines, enhancing capability for disaster prevention and resistance, and improving urban comprehensive carrying capacity and quality of urbanization development.
With total length of 2,781 meters and design speed of 80km/h, Cross-Paihe Bridge at Jixian Road is the first mix-structured bridge with steel truss and arch & box beam in China, and the first steel truss arch bridge by bolting in Anhui province.
The completion of Hefei Langxi Road has improved the traffic network in Hefei, effectively alleviated the traffic pressure, and strongly supported the new development of the eastern urban area of Hefei.
